We are fully committed to providing the technical and operational support necessary to drive the success of our partners—from prototyping to full-scale manufacturing.**Core Responsibilities**- Lead quality assurance processes across production lines to ensure compliance with customer and internal standards- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans, inspection procedures, and work instructions- Analyze root causes of quality issues using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and FMEA- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve nonconformities and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)- Maintain and improve documentation of quality systems, inspection records, and control charts- Use metrology tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers, etc.) for part validation and inspection- Assist in training production staff on quality-related procedures and best practicesExperiência y requisitos**Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical engineering, or related discipline- 3-5 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role- Knowledge of GD&T, and basic quality tools (SPC, MSA, control plans)- Hands-on experience with inspection tools and techniques- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills- Familiar with quality software tools and reporting systems- Effective communicator across cross-functional teams- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred for documentation and cross-border collaboration**Bonus Qualifications**- Experience in CNC machining or metal manufacturing environments- Trained or certified in Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ quality programs- Familiarity with customer-specific quality systems (e.g., automotive, aerospace)- Understanding of regulatory compliance and traceability standardsBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 2**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a jueves**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
