Head of Mexico - Licensee Partner This is a unique opportunity to build your own executive search business. This is not an employee role, but an entrepreneurial opportunity. We're looking for individuals ready to take ownership, invest in building their practice, and capture the upside of long-term market leadership. As a Licensee Partner, you'll run your own practice with full autonomy, leveraging our established brand, methodology, network, and advisory team. You will be a key player in our expansion, driving our shared vision. Why Mexico : As we expand across the Americas, adding Mexico to our U.S., Brazil, and Colombia footprint is a natural next step. It creates powerful synergies, connecting four key markets, fostering shared learnings across markets, and strengthening our cross-border support for clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Mexico's business plan to drive revenue and profitability. Lead the end-to-end executive search process, from client acquisition to successful placement. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and candidates. Act as a brand ambassador for Gold & Aron, upholding our commitment to excellence. Manage Mexico's P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and expense management. Collaborate with our global partners to share best practices and market intelligence. Ideal Qualifications Based in Mexico (ideally CDMX) with around years of professional experience. Commercially driven, with deep expertise and a strong network in Financial Services or Technology. The ideal candidate has previously served clients or built trusted partnerships in these sectors and can re-engage them as prospective clients of Gold & Aron Mexico. A natural entrepreneur with a passion for building businesses and a strong sense of ownership. Fluent in English and Spanish. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Executive search experience is a plus, not a requirement. Entrepreneurial Spin: we are seeking entrepreneurial leaders who bring not only expertise but also the confidence and financial readiness to back themselves during the early ramp-up period. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus. What We Offer Build and run your own practice with exclusive rights in Mexico.
