Accounts Payable Specialist

As a **Accounts Payable Specialist**, you will support to internal contacts for incidents within Expense Reports, Credit Card Management, Reimbursements, and Cash Advances. You will report to the AP Manager Americas. This Job is located in Queretaro #LI-Hybrid.**Responsibilities**- Perform daily analysis, reporting audit, reconciliations, and follow-up activities to ensure timing payments.- Controls based on PPG guidelines.- Provide Customer Service assistance to employees.- Support with documents and evidence related to payments for Auditors.- Discrepancy follow-up (quantity and price) with other teams.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.- 2.5+ years’ experience in AP areas preferably in a multinational company- Experience with MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and ERPs: Oracle, SAP are desirable.- Advanced English skills (B1).Benefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance, and more.This job posting may have multiple locations listed.
