Because why not do it all?**WHAT TO EXPECT****Key responsibilities**:- Fleet maintenance garage visits to find business opportunities and close business cases through current distributor network.- Heavy duty key player visits to solve market needs and fleet's product requirements support.- National territory workflow tracking, administrative activities focused on position and Gates' goals.- Contribution with supervisor guidance in strategic activities about new products, fleets, and key players- Action plan definition according sales team (automotive & industrial) and key initiatives according Gates' goals- Heavy duty product portfolio maintenance, including new integrations of respective product lines.- Communication effectiveness (technical bulletins, product launches and product list suggestions)- Key players & specialize distributors assignment, innovative ideas proposals based on market trends.- Product portfolio analysis, fast movers, and hook products to define strategy (promotion and execution plan)- Distributors analysis to determine potential customers and increasing listing and cataloging.- Heavy duty fleets record creation and product integration or sales agreements.- Identify new products to integrate or develop with respective product line manager.- Global and local initiatives achievement according position activities in heavy duty product portfolio**ABOUT YOU**- Scholarship: Mechanical engineering, Automotive, Industrial, or equivalent- College degree- 2-4 years sales expertise, diesel engines knowledge (heavy duty segment) or equivalent- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Must be an initiative-taking associate to plan and manage automotive market needs focused on heavy duty.- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Ability to solve problems with emphasis on achieving objectives.- Effective time management. Effective use of planning techniques- Demonstrable ability to keep aware of main trends & technologies, and the execution into real world projects.- Ability to communicate openly, honestly, constructively, with dignity and respect.- Able to meet performance expectations working remotely.**WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
