Our goal is not only to teach languages but to foster cultural understanding and meaningful connections.**Your Role**:As an **English and Spanish Language Teacher** at Spoken Learning, YOU will play a vital role in empowering students to achieve their language goals. Your responsibilities will include 28 engaging and interactive lessons per week, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our learners. In addition to teaching, you will collaborate with our team to create a positive learning environment and participate in various academic projects and activities.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide personalized instruction and support to help students reach specific language targets.- Implement dynamic lesson plans for students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance student engagement and language skills.- Customize syllabi to align with students’ language goals and interests.- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.- Create and curate interactive materials to enhance classroom learning.- Contribute to projects such as social media material creation, book creation, syllabi development, and class material creation.**Skills and Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Education, or related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience as an English and Spanish teacher (preferably with adults).- Excellent linguistic competence in **both English and Spanish**.- Passion for teaching learners of all ages, including children as young as 4 years old.- Proficiency in various teaching methods and the creation of instructional materials.- Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekdays and Saturdays.**How to Apply**:Pay: From $12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have an English proficiency certification for a C1 level or above?- Do you have at least 3 years of experience teaching English, Spanish, or both?Work Location: Remote
