If you’d like to help us change the way the world sees, this is your chance to Be BrilliantThe person in this position will support the Test Hub - Service Delivery Team, providing high-quality services.How You Will Make a Difference- Key responsibilities_- Work closely with the Product Owner(s) to strategize and give solutions to the product team on performance testing.- The person should be able to handle multiple performance test projects throughout the performance test lifecycle as well work hands on in scripting, test execution and analysis.What We Can Offer You- Opportunity to join growing, early-stage organization built within a mature, stable global company- Friendly working environment and a diverse and highly motivated team- Individual career development plan and possible career growth within newly created account- Truly international environment and daily interactions with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world- Attractive benefits & compensation package- Flexible hours and remote work possibilities (min 3 days per week office-based)Skills For Success- Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_- Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or Business Administration or a related field- At least 3+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience in Performance Testing lifecycle and test process primarily using Neoload.- Should have experience in working with different stages of performance testing like NFR gathering, Test planning, Workload Modeling, and result reporting.- Expertise in conducting Load, Stress, Endurance and Scalability test.- Good command over performance testing tools like Neoload, JMeter and Load Runner.- Should have experience in script creation using protocols such as Web (HTTP(s)/HTML), enhancement and test execution using Neoload tool.- Should have Experience in test result analysis, provide suggestion and work with dev teams for performance bottleneck fixes.- Excellent communication and management skills.- Expertise in coordinating with multiple teams and driving the communications effectively.- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.- Experience in APM tools like Dynatrace/AppDynamics.- Experience in SQL and DB concepts would be an added advantage.KINDLEY SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH
