The production control responsible person will lead, guide and take the specified operations area to comply with SAP standard work, comply with customer expectation & meet flawless activities and/or on load, will have the ability for bias for action, sense of urgency with a positive influence in the group, will develop a MRP strategy to bring all future on load work and at a same time, maintain and increase level of expectation of existing product, documentation, SIOP or SOP process and procedures to ensure compliance and in support of production processes and requirements. Continually improve quality and productivity for PC processes within cell/area e.g., Visuals, metrics. Provide technical support to perform daily, monthly and yearly activities, dealing with technical problems of moderate scope and with mínimal supervision while occasionally providing guidance.The PC must embrace and use the tools of lean Manufacturing on a sustained basis in order to manage areas of responsibility while monitoring system health measures daily and taking lead to correct issues that may impact product delivery dates in timely manner and ensures complete resolution of the issue. He/She will also be responsible for coordinating expedited delivery of products to reduce the impact of the customer delivery times, or other potential customer impacts. The PC will also be required to partner with other team members in supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) activities, such as reducing work capital, and generating production control and visual charts.**Location**:UTAS - GAM, Venustiano Carranza # 238 Desarrollo Industrial Colorado, Mexicali, 21397 Mexico**Requisitos**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business- 3+ years SAP experience / in the materials fields- Strong providing direction- Lean Knowledge- Project Management experience- Excellent understanding of customer communication and satisfaction.- APICS training or certification (desirable)- English Advanced
