Our customers include over 300 leading global pharmaceutical, medical device, market research agency, and consultancy companies.As Project Manager, Client Services, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of healthcare related market research projects accurately and on time through effective communication with internal/external clients. The position demands close contact with the client, making sure the client is fully aware of project status, and that any changes are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.**How You'll Make an Impact**:- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and consultation- Ability to determine sample strategies and collaborate with sample sources (both domestic and global) to recruit the highest quality respondents within field timeline- Interact with and manage vendor relationships- Respond to time sensitive client inquiries and resolve problems- Develop an understanding of client's business issues and the industries in which they operate- Act as client liaison for questionnaire programming, translations and tabulations as needed.- Execute projects to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining project budget.- Assigned projects by the Team Lead and/or SVP, Client Services- Other duties as assigned**What We're Looking For**:- 3-5 years' experience in the data collection industry- Industry knowledge of Market Research and Pharmaceutical/health care industry- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research process- Ability to problem solve and provide clients with suggestions/solutions- Customer service driven with good communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, as well as recommend operational improvements to increase process efficiency- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to solve problems and prioritize tasks- Comfort dealing with all levels of external clients- Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred- Proficient in ExcelThis is just the beginning of what we can achieve together.
