**SUPPORT SERVICES GROUP** is a multinational company that provides Consulting, BPO, and Contact Center services, with a presence in more than 10 countries around the world.**Responsibilities**- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”**Requirements**:- **Schedule availability.**:- **Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written (B2+).**:- **On Site position (Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico).**:**Skills**- Proven work experience as a Recruiter preferably in the BPO space or a staffing agency.- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills- Strong decision-making skills**Support Services Group** is a CX solutions company who creates amazing experiences for the world’s best brands and their customers.
