Read onQualitest is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer in Mexico and ArgentinaYou will help us convert from Workday HCM to Ceridian Dayforce HCM.Testing of HR/Payroll/Benefits skills is a plus, this effort will entail some portion of the below:Setting up SSOs between Ceridian Dayforce and Microsoft Active Directory.Setting up and testing workflows between Ceridian Dayforce, Sail Point (IAM), and Microsoft Service Manager.Setting up and testing Payroll collections, remittance, and accounting (between Ceridian Dayforce and Jack Henry Symitar).Converting data/transforming data from Workday HCM to Ceridian Dayforce.Converting data/transforming data from UKG Kronos to Ceridian Dayforce.Testing Open enrollment in Ceridian Dayforce HCM.Testing standard HR functions like (PTO requests, leave requests, open enrollment, etc )Testing vendor and carrier feeds (disability, insurance, voluntary benefits, etc..).Testing Reporting.Testing GL and finance setups.Develops and executes scriptsDocuments and manages defectsContributes to reportingProvides guidance and direction to junior QA AnalystsIdentifies risks and issues, and communicates to QA Lead**Requirements**:3 to 5 years experience as a QA Analyst writing test plans, cases, and scripts, gathering and defining requirements as well as tracking and reporting software defectsExperience with HCM Systems like Workday or Ceredian Dayforce preferred1 year of IT project/consulting experienceKnowledgeable of Microsoft Azure DevOps as a test management tool (User Stories, Test cases, Defects, and reports)Proficient in working within the Software Development Life Cycle or other methodologies/ frameworksAbility to present ideas and technical data clearly and conciselyGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, MS Project, and SharePointExcellent oral and written communication skills**Benefits**:Why Qualitest?Work hard and play harder with our flexible and casual culture.Stay healthy - with private health insurance coverage offered from day 1 of employment.Shop and spend for things you need with our food card benefit which is accepted in over 6500 stores in Mexico.Get the help you need when you need it with our Employee Assistance Program which offers counseling services to you and members of your household at no cost.
