Position**Sector / Department**- Process Engineer I- Engineering**Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations**- Coordinates & Executes projects based on specialized knowledge.- Designs, proposes and/or implements new systems, that require knowledge on different continuous improvements techniques.- Lead and/or participate in cross functional project teams for continuous improvement and/or new product and/or processes introduction, transferal and implementation of new processes according to the customer expectations.- Develops, modifies and maintains standard operating procedures of the engineering function.- Provide support assigned lines supervision in improvement methods and problem resolution.- Provide support to quality system (QNC,CAPA, MVP, VALIDATIONS, Deviations)- Trains supervisors, line leads and/or operators on product process changes.- Design fixtures, production tools, and process equipment.- 9. As a team member, contribute to the Business Unit goals in order to reach de conformance, back order, and other team goals.**Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skills Required****Education**: Engineering degree.**Experience**: At Least two years of experience in the Maquiladora industry and knowledge of its regulations. Experience in Manufacturing Operations of Medical devices.**Specialized****Knowledge**: Desirable Fluent in English, FDA, ISO13485, GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) & Fixtures.
