Thermal Labs Test Lead Engineer

**Perform as PTC and PVT Test Lead Engineer conducting validation testing analysis and interpretation at a subsystem level supporting program product quality, performance and safety standards compliance, evaluating Coolant Plumbing and CAC Ducts systems, leading the Test Engineers with validation testing execution and Technicians with benches construc****tion work priorities**Development testing is also required as a support for new, corrective and/or innovative solutions and ideas feasibility analysis**Responsibilities**:- Lead & Technical Expert role in the PVT & PTC Labs- GMWs Testing Results Analysis, Interpretation, prepare of test reports, including graphs, summarizing the test data- Report of testing results at all necessary meetings with global/local program engineers/ clients/stakeholders/leadership- PTC & PVT benches workload planning and priorities review with SMT and Customers- Organize and follow up on the plan together with DRE and construction of PTC & PVT benches- Planning, coordination and assignment of the work to technicians and test engineers who will work among the different benches- Develop, own and update as required electric testing procedures (GMWs)- Review and Buy Off of Construction Best Practices with Quality Standards and Standard Work Instructions for all PTC&PVT Labs Activities- Open ABATs to assign required construction and testing jobs- Provide recommendations and potential solutions based on testing results- Support and help resolve to problems that may occur during testing- Request/send back of main components for benches and follow up with customers/suppliers (use of eShippers and eBOTs)- Implement Training Plan and coaching to new Test Engineers members- Obtain the monthly Required supplies/testing materials List and report in Forecast sessions for planning- Provide support for Safety / Standards / Environmental / Scrap systems, etc.- Support and act on Safety Findings with Corrective and Preventive Actions- Lead and Drive continuous improvement in the labs (facilitate sharing of lessons learned and document them) keep quality in work per quality system and pursue standardization.**Additional Job Description****Educational Requirements**:- Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Automotive/Electrical/Similar Engineering Bachelor- Advance Lab Work Knowledge- Advance Knowledge of Powertrain Cooling System /Refrigerant System (Desirable)- Teamcenter Visualization use (Desirable)- Previous Validation Testing Experience- Advance English Level**Skills**:- Content Creation- Informative Communication- Public Presentation- Data Judgment- Results-Focused- Leading with Influence- Negotiation- Relationship Management- Quality & Team Orientation- Customer & Stakeholder Orientation- Workload Management- Project Management- Process Improvement- Training OthersDiversity and inclusion are our strengths.
