**What your background should look like**:**RESPONSABILITIES**:- Perform Sustaining Engineering functions- Create 3-D Models, Create Engineering Orders, Implement Drawing Changes, proficient with use of CAD systems (CREO preferred).- Re-designs, engineers and modifies existing products from information or input provided by marketing, customers, development engineers or other personnel.- Root cause and corrective action assistance on design related issues which have resulted in customer complaints, manufacturing, or supplier rejections.- Knowledge of connector components and materials in the aerospace industry.- Exposure to test-lab environments and procedures.- Must be a self-managed team player with superior time management skills.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Mechanical Engineering / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanics / Electromechanics- Minimum experience: 1 to 2 years- 3D CAD Software knowledge: High (CREO, Space Claim or similar)- Knowledge of SAP- Advanced - intermediate English**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
