Look NO further**P****osition**: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Management Support**Work Schedule**: You will be working Monday - Thursday from 2 PM - 11 PM and Saturday from 4-8 PM.**Role and Responsibilities**:- Provide essential Account Management support.- Ensure smooth Customs processes by following up promptly.- Efficiently coordinate loads to meet customer needs.- Communicate and update customers in the Mexican portion of operations.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system records.**Requirements**:- Familiarity with Basic TNT operations.- Proficiency in handling basic MX customs procedures.- Experience with basic quoting processes.- Strong customer service skills.- Excellent communication skills.Join our dynamic team and seize this opportunity to make a difference in a growing industry.
