**About Oru Kayak**:We are an award-winning company on a mission to make the outdoors more accessible.Our flagship product line is a series of origami folding kayaks that transform from a portable box, into a sleek, lightweight, and high-performance watercraft.What You'll Be DoingDevelop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identificationCreate original content and edit social content/creative assets specific to each social media platformPlan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brandCapture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaignsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaignsStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologiesSet up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social contentManage the brand's content library, identify areas of priority and work with our photographers and content creators for any required deliverables.Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimizationModerate user-generated content in line with the moderation policyDevelop relationships with creators, ambassadors and complimentary brands to drive collaborations, sponsorships and engagement programs.Aid in the content development and copy of blog posts, site pages and paid platforms.Monitor and drive engagement in our new and existing private community forumsWork closely with cross-functional departments and teams to plan and execute product launches, increase customer satisfaction and create lasting brand relationships and experiences.**Qualifications**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)Aesthetic eye for content creation & experience using Canva or equivalent adobe softwareExpertise in Reels, Shorts, Tiktok format content editing (capcut or equivalent editing app)1 + years previous experience managing social mediaStrong analytical skills and appreciation for testing/ driving with dataStrong project management skills, must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter, highly motivated and must thrive in a fast-growing company**Bonus**: If you havestrong copywriting abilitiesSend resume in english.
