Negociar soluciones de pago en cuentas con cartera vencida cuando el cliente no puede pagar de inmediato (como extensiones, reestructuras, calendario de pagos o cambios de fecha.- Realizar aclaraciones y seguimiento de siniestros, conciliaciones, negociar soluciones de pagos por medio de extensiones, reestructuras y daciones.- Cliente no localizable se deberá asegurar de realizar la búsqueda en todos los sistemas existentes, así como información de buro de crédito.
