Guarantee the supply of the Guadalajara's warehouse stock thru replenishment and backorder, control the inventory levels and the optimal performance of OTIF. Maintain strong and constant contact with PM's team. Following up procedures and observing the correct follow up of them on the areas served.**Your Mission**:- Procures materials components, equipment, supplies and services necessary for the operation of the company.- Plan, schedule, and monitor goods and services to meet the Production requirements of the company.- Check requisitions and MRP requirements, contact and evaluate sources, examine bids and makes awards.- Set-up and maintain material, supplier and planning system data in the MRP/ERP system.- Working with contractors to schedule work, inspect progress, and resolve problems throughout the construction process.- Reviewing plans and providing feedback to sales area, engineers, contractors, or other consultants as needed.- Researching available materials and equipment, estimating costs, and developing pricing guidelines.- Preparing budgets, bids, proposals, presentations, and other planning documents that help ensure projects are completed successfully.- Exercise a good working knowledge of goods, services, and sources of supply to make purchases at prices consistent with quality and quantity requirements.- Maintain actualized the PO's archive (Gets the requested signatures according to our local Authorization Matrix)- Local Sourcing for Spare Parts; 'Negotiate pricing, delivery, lead-time, etc., with suppliers and partner.- Responsible of the working relationship with the supplier of Kitting.**Your Profile**:- Bachelor Degree or equivalent- Medium experience in Supply Chain Areas as buyer.- Working experience with SAP.- Knowledge of laws and regulations.- Workflow optimizations.**Soft Skills**- Integrity and Trust- Process Management- Command Skills- Drive for Results- Problem Solving- Dealing with Change- Strong communication skills**Contract Type**:**Permanent**:**Country**:**MEXICO**:**Location**:**Guadalajara**:
