Live in Guadalajara or close to the area.- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.- Strong English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking tone requiredIdeally, I’d be looking for 1 of the following background profile:- Previously worked in/with a US-based bankruptcy law firm as a legal assistant or paralegal- Paralegal in Mexico, with familiarity working in a fast-pace, high volume environment- Attorney in Mexico, with familiarity working in a fast-pace, high volume environment**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings.- Conduct legal research and compile information.- Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information.- Manage court filings and ensure compliance with filing requirements.- Attend team meetings and provide updates on case status.**What we Offer**:- Base Salary from 18,000.00 to 22,000.00 pesos monthly (Depending on your English and skills)- All Law Benefits.- Excellent growth opportunities- Referral Program. $5,000.00 pesos BONUS- 100% paid and effective training.Please have these documents ready to speed your process: RFC (Constancia Fiscal 2024), Comprobante de domicilio, Identificación oficial vigente, CURP Y NSS (No. IMSS)**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Servicios Jurídicos / Leyes y Derecho**Habilidades**:- Microsoft Office- Administrative Skills- Paralegal Experience
