This entry to mid-level position supports both the regional and global teams as needed. Sourcing support, technical report review, product testing, etc. will be primary responsibilities.**Duties and responsibilities**- Supports sourcing activities that include the identification of suppliers within a broad scope of industries or as needed - Scope of region includes North/Latin/South America.- Serves as back-up for NOM-046-SCFI testing as needed - Training provided.- Supports regional technical report review as needed to back-up the Technical Supervisor.- Supports regional contractor training as needed to back-up the Technical Supervisor.- Represents the company on-site as needed - Supplier evaluations, QC inspections, client meetings, etc.- Supports general regional team with special projects as needed.**Qualifications**- College degree in mechanical/industrial/electrical/manufacturing engineering preferred, or completion of applicable program requested- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality or supply chain suggested- Experience working with suppliers- Technically proficient in MS Office- Must be organized and able to work with short deadlines as required- Must be proficient in English - Most verbal and written communications are in English.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
