**Production Management Control Engineer**Job Summary:The Production Management Control Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. This professional applies engineering and management techniques to optimize resources, improve production processes, reduce costs, and ensure the final product meets quality standards, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Production Control and Planning:- Develop and manage short, medium, and long-term production plans, ensuring deadlines are met.- Monitor production performance, generating progress reports and recommending adjustments to optimize efficiency.- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production and propose improvements based on data.2. Resource Management:- Ensure the efficient use of resources (materials, labor, equipment) to maximize productivity.- Coordinate the procurement of necessary materials for the production process, maintaining proper inventory levels and preventing shortages.3. Process Optimization:- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.- Implement technical solutions for continuous process improvement.- Evaluate the feasibility of changes in processes or production lines to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.4. Quality Control:- Ensure that the final products meet established quality standards.- Work closely with the quality teams to implement control procedures and conduct regular audits of the production process.5. Cost and Budget Management:- Control and manage the production budget, always seeking to reduce costs without compromising quality or productivity.- Prepare reports on production performance, including financial performance, and propose action plans to improve profitability.6. Compliance with Regulations:- Ensure that all production processes comply with relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations.- Manage production-related documentation, maintaining clear and up-to-date records of processes.7. Communication and Coordination:- Collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, logistics, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of production plans.- Report regularly to management on production status, including performance, issues, and improvement proposals.8.
