**_Key Account Manager / Sales specialist / Automotive / Home office_**- 2 years of experience_**About our client**:Its line of business includes the manufacturing of motor vehicle parts and accessories.**Your daily activities and responsibilities**:- Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with clients in the automotive sector.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.**The working hours are**:Monday-friday 8:00 h a 17:00 h**Benefits**:- $28,000 monthly with performance-based incentives- Flexible home office setup / hybrid- Opportunity for career growth and development- Sales training and support**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management or sales in the automotive industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or related field.- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.- Fluency in English- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and SOP.- Basic knowledge of high-precision manufacturing processes, including honing and CNC milling- Experience in launching new projects/programs for suppliers in the automotive industry- Basic skills in GD&T for reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specificationsIf you are passionate about the automotive industry, have a proven track record in sales, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
