**What your background should look like**:**Key Responsibilities**:**1.Data Analysis & Reporting**- Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from multiple factories.- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data-driven analyses.**2.Process Improvement**- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in supply chain processes.- Propose and implement solutions to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.**3.System Optimization (SAP)**- Analyze and evaluate supply chain parameters and settings in SAP- Identify and implement optimization opportunities in SAP to enhance system performance and alignment with operational needs.- Support supply chain teams in troubleshooting SAP-related issues, make recommendations and provide training, as necessary.**4.Planning Tools Development**- Design and implement custom tools and templates to enhance planning processes in factories (e.g., Excel models, Power BI dashboards).- Automate repetitive tasks and create user-friendly solutions to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.- Ensure alignment of planning tools with overall supply chain strategies and manufacturing operations.**5.Support for Supply Chain Projects**- Collaborate with plant and regional teams on supply chain optimization projects.- Assist in inventory management, demand forecasting, and production planning initiatives.- Support digitalization and automation projects within the supply chain.**Qualifications**- University degree- Proven experience in supply chain, data analysis, or a similar role.- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP (e.g., MM, PP, SD modules).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.- Familiarity with lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies.- Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and metrics.**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
