About The Role We’re looking for a visionary creative leader with deep experience in developing ad concepts for digital paid media advertising formats on Meta, TikTok, and other channels. You’re a creative strategist or designer with a background in design, video editing, or performance marketing, hyper‑focused on paid media performance and building advertisements that sell products and services. What You’ll Do Lead high‑tempo creative strategy and direction for full‑funnel ad programs, primarily Meta and TikTok, also YouTube, Amazon, and Display. Deliver expert short‑form video concepts, briefs, and directions that sell products and services. Translate client marketing strategy and performance data into clear, compelling ad concepts, adapting creatives to improve metrics like thumb‑stop rate, hold rate, and CTR. Brief Designers and Editors on static ads, animations, mobile‑first videos, and short‑form storyboards. You can jump into Figma or Photoshop to prototype and polish assets. Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with clarity, confidence, and strategic rationale. Monitor performance data with the marketing team to inform creative iterations and improve results over time. What You Should Bring 3+ years of creative strategy work on performance ad programs, focused on short‑form video and statics. A digital portfolio showcasing performance ad work that includes short‑form video, motion, and statics, with evidence of impact on metrics such as hold rate or CTR. Hands‑on design skills: storyboard, cut, and ship ads; proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Strong grasp of performance metrics (thumb‑stop rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA) and the ability to decide next tests. Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Runway, etc.) to accelerate speed and volume. Excellent communication, both written and presentational, with the ability to give actionable feedback to designers and navigate client pushback. Hard Disqualifiers No Meta performance creative ad experience. No portfolio link or no performance context. Strategy‑only role with no hands‑on design ability. Not excellent in client presentation and salesmanship. Additional Info Fully remote role operating in the EST Time Zone; business conducted 100% in English.
