We believe that working hard is a byproduct of loving what you do and not something that can be me assured on a timesheet.**Remote Location**:Mexico****Qualifications we are looking for**:**0-2 year of experience of HR** processes through internships, real-world and/or school coursework- Logical and creative problem-solving skills- Good oral and written communication skills- English - Advanced- Analytical skills- Displays Confidence in a Customer interaction role- Graduates in HR / Business / Computer Science with an interest in working with People Management System and Processes- Demonstrate Professionalism in work and interactions with Colleagues and Customers- Attention to detail in all aspects of work and communications**Nice to have**:- Some hands-on/real world experience in one or more of the following areas:- Hiring- Employee Onboarding- Recruiting- Data Management- Payroll- Performance- Training- Timesheets**Role Responsibilities**:- This is for a Trainee position to build our Success Support team based in Mexico to support our customers in the Americas.- Once you are certified you will be able to engage in some initial Customer Support activities.- You will be mentored during this whole process by a member of our existing Success Factors Consultant team.**Why you will love this job?**- Play with the latest & greatest technologies on the development side.- Become part of a highly tech-savvy startup that's growing rapidly.- Get involved on helping start-up companies define and grow their development best practices.**What you can expect from us**At DigitalOnUs, what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.
