Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Working in the Electrification Distribution Solutions business area in San Luis Potosí; Mexico, you will be Leading the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets. In this role you will drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.**This position reports to**:Project Operations Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Assisting the Project Controls department to define all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.- Monitoring and controlling project progress, resources and financials.- Identifying, and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.- Coordinating with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials and equipment.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.- +5 years of experience working in similar position.- Knowledge of MS Office (excel y SharePoint), SAP (desired) and Power BI (desired).- Experience in executing small projects of low complexity.- Knowledge of process flow.- Organization, autonomous, hands on and team collaboration.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
