Responsible for the Product Architecture of assigned Product(s) in the business division under the guidance of Product Architects I & II.**The Opportunity**:- Lead the deployments and adaptations that the local teams make of the pieces that are delivered from Spain.- You will validate and propose solutions to the problems that arise during these tasks, considering that you will be responsible for these developments and for managing and coordinating the team in case of incidents.- Report problems and solutions found during deployments/adaptations.- Contribute to the product team from a technical/ architectural perspective delivering desired services and service levels- Enable the research and evaluation of new technology and new architecture/software designs- Keep abreast with the latest trends and knowledge within the technology space, delivering an exceptional user experience- Participate in technological innovation, enabling technology refreshes and selection of alternative technologies; thereby leveraging changing usage and trends in the industry- Drive the adoption of Architectural standards across the organization- Ensure identification, analysis, and resolution of systemic technical issues- Lead creation and delivery of proof-of-concept and near production-ready code prototypes; demonstrating new technologies or design patterns to other technology teams- Leverage technical experience to mentor and coach team members- Enable efficient employment and recruitment activities, provide coaching and guidance to a team of Product Architecture professionals, and promote staff training and developmentThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required**What you need**:- 5 years of experience- Experience in assisting war rooms- Knowledge of architectures of financial institutions, the high domain of Spring Boot, and knowledge in security (LDAP, identity management, PKC7, Double mutual TLS, encryption, and private-public keys)- Knowledge in AWS and microservices as well as communications (protocols, etc).- Proactive- Teamwork and communication skills- Technological project management skills**What we believe**:We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
