We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team, who will be working on a variety of projects, including market sizing, financial modeling, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making for our clients.- **Key Responsibilities**_- Conduct comprehensive market research to estimate the size and growth potential of various markets.- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide actionable insights.- Develop detailed market sizing reports and presentations for internal and client use.- Create and maintain complex financial models to support business valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand their financial needs and tailor models accordingly.- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial models by conducting thorough checks and validation.- Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate company performance, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency metrics.- Identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and clients.- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored financial solutions.- Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.- Support the development of client proposals, project plans, and deliverables.- Assist in the development of business strategies by providing financial insights and recommendations.- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the formulation of business plans.- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence and integration planning.- **Requirements**_- Bachelor’s degree in Finance- Professional English (C1, TOEFL PBT 600+)- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a financial services company- Preferably with experience in a Financial services company- Proactive and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.- Ability to adapt quickly and multi-task efficiently in a collaborative wayWork Location: Remote
