Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Junior Manual Tester for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a benchmark company in clinical and cabinet diagnosis services in Mexico, thanks to their broad portfolio of solutions. Today the client consists of nine solid brands with more than 250 locations, three blood banks, and fifteen mobile units.**Requirements**:- 1+ years of experience in web testing.- Expertise in Scrum / Agile environments.- Experience with test lifecycle and user story-driven test creation.- Graduation degree in Computer Systems (or equivalent engineering degree).- Expertise in manual testing.- Expertise in UAT and Test Case.- Experience in frontend, backend, and mobile testing.- Knowledge of documentation and test plan.- Experience in web and mobile testing.**Responsibilities**:- Support the day-by-day execution of the test cases and test scenarios.- Create documentation and manuals.- Provide support in the creation of the test plan and test matrix.- Track and monitoring of defects.- Provide support in the general validation.- Run manual testing of functional components, white box, and black box.We Offer:- Legal IMSS contract (no mix schema).- 10 vacation days after 1st year.- 5 PTOs per year after 3rd month.- 10 Mexican national holidays.- 25% Vacations Bonus.- 30 salary days as Christmas Bonus.- Comprehensive Health and Life insurance.- Health insurance for family members.- Remote work support.- Flexible Home Office depends on a project.- Optional English lessons.- Professional growth support.- Monthly MXN 1,000.00 pantry vouchers.- Svitla referral program.About Svitla:Svitla Systems is a multinational software development company headquartered in Silicon Valley, with business and development offices throughout the US, Mexico, and Europe (Ukraine, Poland, Western Europe).
