Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Jr Supply Chain Analyst located in Guadalajara North.Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Jr Supply Chain Analyst role involves being in charge of customer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accounts. Hold up the material manager or director to develop, implement GPSC reports, data research trends to facilitate decision-making.What a typical day looks like:- Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or challenging customers.- Interpret customer needs and organize symptoms, causes, and solutions.- Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed.- Interfaces with customer or supplier in new project start-up, for cost of ownership issues.- Develops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.- Manages component cost/price on a local, regional, and global basis.- Tracks materials' financial performance and initiates corrective actions when required.- Defines and implements pricing and costing strategies.- Develop and implement cost take-down strategies.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Experience Jr in a similar position.- Internal and external customer service attitude.- Fluent in English.- Experience with Shipping Coordination and the administration of purchase orders.- Microsoft Office management.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceKJ12Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
