**Investment & Operations Manager**:**Location**:Guadalajara, Mexico**Work Mode**:On-site**Industry**:Multi-Family Office | Real Estate & Financial Investments**Position Overview**We are seeking a young, high-potential professional with a strong financial and analytical foundation to support the operational and financial management of real estate and financial investment portfolios within a Multi-Family Office.**Required Experience**- **Minimum 2 years of experience**in one or more of the following areas:- Financial investments- Asset Management / Property Management- Financial or business consulting- Family Office, Private Equity, Real Estate, Wealth Management, or Investment Funds- Proven experience supporting:- Financial and business analysis- Preparation of reports for clients or investors- Operational follow-up of assets or investment projects **Education**Bachelor’s degree in:- Finance- Business Administration- Economics- Real Estate- Industrial Engineering or related fieldsAdditional courses or certifications in finance, real estate, financial analysis, or data analytics are a plus.**Key Technical Skills****Advanced Excel (mandatory)**:- Pivot tables- Financial formulas- Data analysis- Basic investment models**Power BI / Dashboards**:- Dashboard creation and interpretation- Visualization of financial and operational KPIs**Business & Financial Analysis**:- Monitoring financial performance- Profitability, occupancy, cost, and risk metrics**Client Reporting**:- Executive-level presentations- Clear, structured financial reports**Presentation Tools**:- PowerPoint and Canva for investor and client presentations**Basic Marketing Knowledge**:- Commercial materials- Pitch decks- Flyers and brand positioning support**Languages****Advanced English (mandatory)**:- Ability to participate in meetings- Prepare reports and presentations in English**Soft Skills (Critical)**- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Clear, professional communication with high-net-worth clients- Proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn- Structured thinking and results-oriented approach- High level of discretion and confidentiality- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (lawyers, accountants, brokers)**Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)**- Previous experience in a Family Office or private wealth environment- Knowledge of the real estate sector (industrial, commercial, or residential)- Interest in investments and financial markets- Basic experience in sales or commercial roles- Availability to travel occasionally to the U.S. (Texas)**Ideal Personality Profile**- Young, ambitious professional eager to grow- Strong analytical mindset combined with operational execution- Comfortable working with both numbers and executive presentations- Client-oriented and detail-driven- Seeking a long-term position with high learning exposure and direct involvement in real investment portfolios**Evaluations**- Technical assessment:- Advanced Excel- Financial analysis- Logical reasoning and structured thinking
