You will be surrounded by a high-caliber team that will encourage you to do your best.**In this role, you will**:- Be responsible for daily review, processing, and investigation of unapplied payments- Ensure Partner bulk payments are applied to customer accounts appropriately- Complete vendor ACH requests and liaison for customer payment set-up requirements (verifying bank details etc)- Complete any manual payments in accordance with SOX procedures.- Respond to payment disputes- Complete any customer payment refund- Coordinate with IF/Sales to identify and verify Customer payments for Open Opportunities in SFDC- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices**Minimum requirements for the role**:- Bachelor's degree- Minimum of 6 months in Accounts Receivable- Proficient in Excel- Cash Application or payments experience.- Netsuite and Salesforce Experience- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAt Samsara, we welcome everyone regardless of their background.
