Global Client Partner- USA, CANADA & LATAM Recruitment @ E-IT Professionals Software Engineer – AI Programs Front End (React) As a Front End Software Engineer, you will be working in a high-energy team and will be responsible for building the front end for our agent assist chatbot and email drafting tools. This role requires a passion for AI, commitment to quality user experience, a strong understanding of front-end development, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Scrum team member, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that adhere to the software architecture strategy, coding standards, and established organizational policies and procedures. Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build dynamic UI components that integrate with real-time AI services and backend APIs. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to create seamless and intuitive user interfaces. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with backend engineers to interface with services built in Python and data stored in PostgreSQL. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes. Translate product requirements and user feedback into elegant, functional interfaces. Assist in estimating and planning throughout the software development life cycle. Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements Proven experience in building complex front-end applications using React. Ability to write and maintain backend services and scripts using Python. Knowledge of database design, querying, and optimization, particularly using Postgres. Exposure to GraphQL, and/or Azure Functions and Azure OpenAI. Experience using version control systems such as Git. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with backend services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working with other developers, quality engineers (QE), ops engineers and support engineers to ensure smooth deployment and continual operation. Experience participating in design discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity or experience with Agile engineering practices (test driven development, continuous integration and pair programming, etc.). Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache, HTTP Proxies). Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
