High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree in progress- Be flexible and have the availability to work in different hours/shifts/areas, including weekends, evenings and/or holidays- Advanced Excel- Excellent communication skills- Experience in tracking performance metrics (KPI)- Interest in team management- Excellent data analysis skills.The Central Flow team aims to plan/optimize the Outbound workflow to multiple Fulfillment Centers (FCs) in order to most effectively meet our customer needs.The Central Flow Ops Lead is responsible for managing a team of Flow Leads (PAs - Process Assistants) who execute the planning function and monitors the operations. The team is centralized in Mexico City.Key job responsibilities- Understand the flow concepts and operational settings- Demonstrates the ability to motivate, coach and influence team behavior- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Independency- Willingness to work in different shifts, being a 24/7 operation (including holidays)- Analyze and monitor routines- Develop partnership with leaders from different FCs- Manage a team of Flow Leads with the responsibility of a department within a time-critical and fast-paced environment- Identify opportunities to create improvement plans- Be an expert on Outbound operation, Flow and systems- Monitor the productivity of FCs and take corrective action when necessary- Understand and teach detailed flow related concepts- Ability to advise and teach flow standards to new managers and Flow Leads.A day in the lifeCF MX team will be led by an Area Manager reporting to the country Sr. ACES Manager. This Area Manager will coordinate four CF Ops Leads reporting to him (one covering each operating shift) who oversee daily flow management execution of Flow Leads.
