Join our Global Finance Operations team and help shape the future of analytics at Ingredion.As a **Power BI Developer & Data Automation Analyst**, you will play a key role in transforming structured business requirements into automated, scalable, and insightful Power BI solutions. You will collaborate closely with a Business Analyst to build robust data models, automate data flows, and support analytics initiatives across Finance, HR, and other business functions.This role reports to the Global Ops Finance Project Manager and works in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the organization.**What you will do**:- Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, data models, and reports based on structured business requirements.- Automate data extraction and transformation processes using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, or SQL.- Collaborate with a Business Analyst to understand data sources, relationships, and transformation logic.- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of Power BI solutions.- Support the creation of advanced analytics and AI-enhanced visuals when needed.- Provide technical documentation and support for deployed solutions.- Occasionally interact with internal stakeholders for clarification or advanced requirements.**What you will bring**:- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Power BI (or strong academic/project experience).- Basic knowledge of SQL and data transformation techniques.- Experience with Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, or Python is a plus.- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or in progress).**Who you are**:- A clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.- A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a global environment.- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.- Curious and passionate about data, automation, and continuous improvement.**Why Join Ingredion?**Discover why Ingredion is the ideal place to advance your career with our exceptional rewards and benefits package designed to help you thrive.
