**Responsibilities**:- Conducts market pricing activities such as job matching, data analytics, job pricing including analysis of cash and equity compensation practices and staffing trends.- Generates and reviews benefits and compensation related reports from both internal systems, external market data vendors (database to manage employee data and competitive compensation data) and Microsoft Access- Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.- Prepares advanced analytics and modeling to fulfill ad hoc data requests.- Focuses on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation.- Additional duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Previous experience in HR, Benefits, Total Rewards preferred- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, Power Point- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience- Experiência en Compensaciones y Beneficios.- Manejo de proveedores, CXP y CXC.- Excel intermedio avanzado.- Mejora y automatización de procesos.- Fuertes habilidades de control, organización y seguimiento.- Esquema hibrido.- Centro de la CDMX.- **Job Family Group**:Human Resources- **Job Family**:Compensation & Benefits- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
