We support our insurance company affiliates by offering property and casualty insurance products inclusive of personal auto, homeowners, RV, motorcycle, small business auto insurance and more.**Key Responsibilities**- Coordinates support for software products in user environments- Applies functional professional knowledge sharing, and contributes to the overall growth of the collective knowledge of the team- Participates in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to improve the team and the product- Coordinates within the team in designing systems and apps- Practices daily paired programming and test-driven development in writing software and building products- Establishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices- Participates in iteration planning meetings ensuring that the team has a common understanding of each story and chores in a team’s backlog- Participates in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups**Education**- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)**Experience**- 3+ years of professional experience (preferred)- Software development experience with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, ASP.NET).- Hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server.At Integon, great things happen when our people work together.
