About the role About the role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Full Stack Tech Lead to join and guide our engineering team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in both front-end and back-end development with proven leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years in a leadership role Architect and develop back-end services employing .NET Core 6, C# with proficiency in ORM tools such as Dapper and Entity Framework Oversee database design and management for both relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling, ERD design, and development of functions and stored procedures Design and integrate RESTful APIs with a strong emphasis on security and scalability Implement and advocate for cloud computing solutions with expertise in microservices and serverless architectures Create middleware solutions for seamless integration with third-party applications Experience with AWS services, including Lambdas, SQS-SNS, and AWS APIs Experience with unit testing frameworks, Docker, and CI/CD automation pipelines Lead and mentor a team of developers, including juniors and semi-seniors, fostering their professional growth Provide coaching and guidance on technical challenges and career development Empathy, active listening, and inclusive leadership approach Manage project priorities, balancing feature development with technical debt reduction Make informed technical decisions and guide the team through complex problem-solving Identify and resolve blockers, conflicts, and impediments Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value Nice to have / Qualifications Domain knowledge in MarTech apps Back-end development familiarity with Python Intermediate to advanced level of English Experience with NetSuite integrations and development (SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteTalk) What We Offer Be part of a company in scaling stage, with high growth velocity and real opportunities for impact.
