**Quality Regional Manager****Position Summary**The Regional Quality Manager has direct responsibility to foster a quality culture across the organization to meet or excel all customer requirements while meeting company business targets, this responsibility includes maintaining and improving customer scorecards, quality production levels towards meeting customer requirements. Implement program in quality control and compliance with in the specific region.**Your Role**- Responsible for general supervision of all phases of the Plants Quality.- Lead the EDS staff and cross functional teams to build a Quality culture to meet all Customer expectations.- Drive the problem solving and corrective actions to the corresponding flow.- Manage areas that impact cost of quality such as sort, rework, ICIM project selection.- Provide leadership to the quality organization of the region for the successful day-to-day operations.- Establish and direct Plants Quality Policies & Procedures.- Monitor plants quality on an ongoing basis and provide regular updates to senior leadership.- Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.- Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.- Strategically develop quality organization skill improvements process**Your Background**- Leadership, Planning, Executive presentation.- Quality Control / APQ.- DFMEA / PFMEA / Control plan.- Customer Quality requirements.- Customer care..- SPC.**Problem Solving.
