Dealer Support para californiaReports to: Head of Sales & Dealer Support CoordinatorLocation: MexicoWork Schedule: Full-time - Rotating shifts (9 hours per day)Modality: 100% RemoteVolt Home is a company focused on residential solar energy in the U.S., dedicated to providing accessible, efficient, and sustainable solutions.Position ObjectiveWe are looking for a Dealer Support Specialist to provide technical and operational assistance to our sales partners and inside sales reps. This role is key in delivering real-time support, ensuring the correct design of solar systems, guiding financing decisions, and helping deals close successfully—24/7.Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and commercial support to sales reps by designing accurate solar systems using specialized platforms, calculating energy consumption, and preparing correct pricing estimates.- Possess deep knowledge of financial partners (Goodleap, Climate First Bank, Lightreach, Enfin), and guide sellers to select the best financing options based on customer profiles.- Assist sales teams throughout the full sales cycle, including contract preparation and other administrative tasks.- Conduct and support training sessions for partners on software tools, solar products, and financial solutions.- Monitor stalled or pending sales and implement proactive strategies to recover and close those deals.- Maintain fluid communication with the sales team, ensuring full synchronization of all sales processes.**Qualifications**:- English: Advanced level (mandatory).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Availability for rotating full-time shifts (9 hours per day).What We Offer- 100% remote work.- Initial onboarding with all necessary tools, platforms, and finance programs.- Key role supporting high-performing sales teams across markets.- Dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.Compensation- Fixed monthly salary**:$800 USD**:- Paid in USD via international transfer (Wise/Payoneer/etc.)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Ubicación:- Remote (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
