Results-driven Operations Manager with strong experience leading manufacturing and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, warehouse, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Lead process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Manage KPIs, productivity, and cost control.
- Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams.
- Supervise and develop operational staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations within manufacturing environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
