Zarządzaj tym, co porusza świat.Stanowisko to podlega:Project Manager**Your Role: Own the Challenge**In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting the site works team to ensure cost-effective execution of deliverables in line with contract specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements. You will provide technical support on all site-related matters to the proposal team during bid preparation and to the Project Manager at project startup. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual obligations.The work model for the role is: On siteGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Robotics Business in Mexico.**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate activities between external resources and the customer, ensuring all parties are well-informed about site work plans, product knowledge, and safety procedures.- Support cost control for site activities by monitoring actual spending versus forecasts and estimating final project costs.- Conduct site surveys and define the necessary steps for executing site work activities.- Participate in on-site reviews and ensure that all approved project cost adjustments are accurately reflected in the business system.**What it takes to Run what runs the world**:- 2+ years of experience leading manufacturing and/or installation teams.- Willingness to travel.- Intermediate English proficiency.- An experience in the automotive industry is a plus.- Project Management certification or in the process of certification (a plus).- Valid visa and passport (a plus).- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Eplan.- Bachelor’s degree completed.**We also offer our employees the following benefits**:- Paid parental leave- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Health and dental insurance- Wellbeing program- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
