Specializing in Accounting, Estimating, Marketing, and Human Resources, we empower businesses to thrive through innovative solutions, tailored strategies, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage all client invoices with accuracy and timeliness.- Oversee accounts receivable processes and follow up on outstanding balances.- Maintain accurate financial records for internal company operations.- Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients regarding billing.- Provide exceptional customer service related to payment inquiries, clarification, or billing concerns- including client calls as needed.- Collaborate with the leadership team to improve and streamline billing processes.- Generate reports and insights related to receivables and cash flow.- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal policies.**Requirements**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles, with a strong focus on invoicing and AR.- Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English- Experience in client-facing or customer service roles is preferred.- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.**Remote Work Requirements**:- A minimum of two monitors for optimal productivity.- A quiet and dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.- A reliable, high-speed internet connection for smooth communication and task execution.Pay: $32,000.00 - $34,000.00 per month**Experience**:- accounting: 5 years (required)- QuickBooks Online: 2 years (required)Work Location: Remote
