Executes assigned activities based on the standard procedures.**This position reports to**:Quality Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Designs and implements plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets.- Supports global sourcing initiatives as required.- Applies and implements PL standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability.- Creates and updates reports, as required, following the ABB standards.- Executes and implements new directions within the area of responsibility.- Applies standards on health, safety, environment and business ethics within operational work, contract management and negotiations.- Delivers and participates in training programs as required for compliance and professional development.- Executes effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers.- Standardizes processes and implements routines as per Group directives/instructions.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or any other similar career.- 3 years of experience in materials.- Knowledge of SAP.- Leadership and strong interpersonal skills.- Continuous Improvement & results oriented profile.- Advanced English.**More about us**:
