ROLE- Utilize problem solving skills to lead cross functional teams in the effort to identify and eliminate true root causes leading to customer complaints at the 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse.- Develop, maintain, and control quality KPIs- Engage and interact on a cross-functional level across the facility to deploy quality improvement strategies and initiatives.- Lead designated projects as a member of the site leadership team to deliver standards, processes, tools, and systems.- Extensive data analysis and preparation of quality control reports to Management.- Lead quality management reviews and periodic internal and external audits, derive recommendations and drive change from them.- Maintain an ISO 9001 based quality management system across the entire facility. Monitor, identify and correct non-conformity to internal quality standards.- Conduct investigations and initiate corrective actions to resolve quality issues.SKILLS- Bachelor's Degree within a relevant Science discipline- Knowledge and experience with ISO/QS standards- 2-5 years’ experience in a Quality role- Experience leading teams and working with customers- Experience in troubleshooting difficult problems in a warehouse / logistics environment- Excellent project management and organization skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- ERP proficiency preferable**Salary**: $15,438.61 - $25,043.68 per monthWork Location: In person
