If you’re passionate about creating meaningful change in fast-paced, multicultural environments—and bring a strong, data-driven mindset to everything you do—we want you on our team.**About the Role**:As a Senior People Business Partner at Incode, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing people strategies that empower our teams to thrive. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to guide decisions on performance, compensation, and employee development. You'll also bring proactive, analytical insights to influence HR programs, enhance employee experience, and help scale a high-growth organization.**Key Responsibilities**:**Drive Impact Through People Strategy**:Lead initiatives across compensation, performance management, career paths, and employee development to build a scalable, people-first organization.**Program Design & Execution**:Create and manage training programs, talent development initiatives, and strategic HR projects that drive engagement, retention, and business outcomes.**Partner Proactively**:Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike—coaching, mediating, and providing hands-on support for daily challenges and long-term planning.**Enable Culture & Compliance**:Foster a healthy, inclusive culture while ensuring compliance with U.S. and Mexican labor regulations.
