Service Desk Specialist

**Daily tasks include**:- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.- Follow established procedures when handling different topics and requests.- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions and/or alternatives.- Build long-term relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.- Maintain accurate and clear records of all interactions in the call center database.- Participate in regular training sessions on new procedures, technologies, and products.- Resolve incoming alerts promptly and efficiently.- Meet personal and team performance targets (both qualitative and quantitative).**Requirements**:- Flexibility to cover rotating shifts as needed to meet staffing needs.- Strong customer service and ticket resolution skills.- Previous sales experience preferred.- Ability to identify customer needs through a consultative approach.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.- CRM experience is a plus.**Job Type**: Full-time**Pay**: $18,000 NET per month**Benefits**: Legal benefits**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $18,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Expereience: 2 years (required)**Language**:- fluent English (required)Work Location: In person
