**Please upload your resume in English**This is for an Enterprise Technology Consultant for our presales Global Sales Solutions team. This person will work with a diverse group of internal/external factors and consult with sales teams worldwide in the sizing/configuration of TERADATA systems for On-Premise and Cloud implementations to meet customer requirements. This person will provide strategic technical support to the sales organization with the goal of enhanced revenue generation.**What you will do**:Achieve excellence in consulting and design for sales solutions, working with the field Solution Engineers on Platform and BAR configurations for sales opportunities. This is a junior level position and will be proficient at the following:Account Team Consultation on Solution Design and SizingBackup and Restore Consultation Design and SizingConfiguration ValidationProcess and Tools Clarification**Interesting Work you will do**:Expertise on Solution RecommendationsExpertise on use of internal toolsWOTSPA - Solution Platform AdvisorResUsage ChartingHigh quality validations for orderEffective knowledge and understanding of the product lineDeep understanding of Teradata system design and tradeoffsNarrow configuration options to the refined set that meet stated customer requirementsTimely and high-quality support of the sales cycleWork across organizations and effectively navigate cross functionally to accomplish objectives**Skills and Experiences you will Need to Be Successful**:BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant technical fieldField technical experience in the large enterprise space. Experience with sales process, sales teams, and customer-facing positions is a plus.Knowledge of relational databases and nonrelational databases.Broader technical knowledge of servers, data storage and Cloud technologies.Excellent communication skills, detail oriented.English / Spanish fluent level.**Ideally, you will also have the following**:Presales and Post Sales experienceUnderstanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) process from requirements gathering, to configure, price, quote, order, build, and implement.Trainable and able to train others.
