Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials in support of the production plan for compressors and light commercial equipment.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to meet target service levels and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in direct procurement of commodities such as steel, compressors, motors, and electronics.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing procurement teams.
  • Advanced business English proficiency with daily interactions in English.
  • Proficiency in SAP (Supply) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., data analysis).
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
