Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in organizing LIVE Creator Network business development activities, and compile LIVE Creator Network onboarding materials- Help LIVE Creator Networks adapt to and establish themselves in the Latin American market- Prepare training materials for streamers and organize training sessions- Plan and arrange LIVE creator events, prepare event rules and promotional materials, and ensure creator participation- Data compilation and analysis**Qualifications**:**Minimum Qualifications**:- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree- Experience with internet creator economy such as content, advertisement, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc.- Basic image, audio, and video editing skills- Proficient in using tools such as CapCut/Canva to produce images and videos- Good teamwork skills, priority awareness, and a sense of responsibility**Preferred Qualifications**:- Interest in TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trendsTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
