Are you ready to build something great with us?_**_ Why This Role Matters_****_ What You’ll Do_**- **_Tracking & Analytics_**_: Configure and manage GTM, GA4, Facebook Pixel, AdWords tags, Conversions API, and 3rd-party tracking across platforms _for accurate attribution and conversion tracking.- **_Data Management_**_: Set up geo-specific tracking parameters, custom dimensions, and audience segments; maintain clean taxonomy _and naming conventions.- **_Performance Monitoring_**_: Track site/mobile performance, troubleshoot issues, and ; troubleshoot technical issues and optimize page speed/Core Web Vitals to maintain sub-3 second load times._- **_Automation_**_: Manage Zapier workflows and automations for Sales & Marketing teams._- **_Implementation Support_**_: Deploy tracking for campaigns, landing pages, and promotions; coordinate with the marketing team on pixel firing and conversion setup._- **_Configure _**_goal tracking for lead forms, phone calls, and quote requests._- **_Set up_**_ enhanced e-commerce tracking for estimate requests and project values._- **_Compliance & Auditing_**_: Maintain privacy compliance; conduct audits of tag firing, attribution, and data accuracy._- **_Documentation_**_: Maintain specifications and backup configurations._**_ What We’re Looking For_**- _Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Math, Computer Science, or related field._- _2-4 years’ experience in _**_marketing technology/digital infrastructure_**_ (preferably multi-location businesses)._- _Proven expertise with GTM, GA4, Google Analytics, and tracking pixel implementation._- _Experience in website management, mobile app coordination, and CMS platforms._- _Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and basic web development._- _Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and compliance mindset._- _Tech-savviness, including proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Fathom, project management platforms (e.g., Asana), video conferencing software such as Teams, and familiarity with productivity-tracking tools such as Hubstaff, which the company uses._**_ Preferred (Nice-to-Have):_**- _Google Analytics/Tag Manager certifications._- _Experience in the home improvement industry._- _Mobile app development exposure._- _Familiarity with marketing automation platforms._**_ The Details_**- Compensation: $20-30 USD per hour_- Engagement: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, Independent Contractor_- Must be able to work in US EST hours (typically 8 am-5 pm)_- Location: Remote_- Resumes must be submitted in English._- No work required on U.S. public holidays._**_ Why You’ll Love Collaborating With Us_**- 100% remote-first role with global collaboration._- Hands-on opportunity to optimize a cutting-edge MarTech stack._- High-impact work that drives attribution accuracy and campaign performance._- Thompson Creek is an equal opportunity employer.
